History

ProspectSoft

Since its inception as software solution specialists in 1993, ProspectSoft’s CRM and Web Solutions have helped thousands of UK businesses.

Originally called “Databank” the company concentrated on Accounts and IT Infrastructure, serving a wide range of markets and industries with a particular focus on integration between front and back office systems.

Utilising their extensive expertise in Accounts and IT, the company created "Prospect": a Pegasus integrated Customer Relationship Management system. With the accounts market becoming increasingly mature it was a great opportunity for the company to expand its focus, an outlook which has since allowed the company to expand its portfolio to include eCommerce, Content Management Systems and Email Marketing.

Soon after Version 1 of its flagship product, ProspectSoft CRM, the company renamed as “ProspectSoft UK Ltd”. Key to its success and longevity was the company’s solid understanding of accounts, along with a well refined approach to consultancy, training and implementation; something which has enabled ProspectSoft to grow every single year since 2001 - achieving double-digit growth even during a Europe-wide recession. Today, ProspectSoft’s focus lies in providing CRM software, eCommerce, Content Management Systems and Email Marketing, all with the same focus on accounts integration and organisational transparency. By integrating these solutions out of the box with Sage 50, IRIS Exchequer, Pegasus Opera and Access Dimensions, companies and organisations have the tools necessary to improve and refine each stage of their business sales cycle; from increasing reach and improving targeting in their marketing efforts, right through to better customer management, business reporting and process improvement.
