ProspectSoft CRM Software at The Wireless LAN Event 2003

Our first time at this exhibition pitched us against the big names in the business and also coincided with Microsoft’s formal unveiling of its CRM Software offering in the UK on the stand next to ours. More about this later.

As at Softworld, we had a prime position, clearly visible from the entrance but, using slightly different graphics. The focus was eXtreme Mobility and our alliances with Intel and BT Openzone, although accounts integration was also covered. Passing traffic was steady and we ran regular product introductions, as well as informal demonstrations for visitors. Staff from ProspectSoft and some of our CRM reseller partners again shared stand duties.

In addition to regular presentations on the stand, we were involved in seminar sessions in the nearby theatre, where we were able to give participants a more in-depth view of ProspectSoft CRM Software and its benefits to different types of user. We acquitted ourselves extremely well against all other exhibitors and saw nothing to fear from competitors in terms of product functionality, presentation style, stand design and sheer enthusiasm. Most notably no other exhibitor was pushing such a comprehensive CRM solution for either mobility or integration.

Leads from the show have been distributed and we’re very bullish about the potential business that was uncovered.
