The CRM Software Event of 2003 took place at London's Olympia from the 7th to the 9th of October. All major CRM software suppliers were exhibiting at the show, which was attended by existing and potential users from companies large and small. Speakers at the conference covered topics ranging from the management of multi-national call centre's, to successful implementation in small to medium sized companies.

ProspectSoft had a prime front row, position as an exhibitor on Stand J10, with Siebel on one side and Microsoft on the other. We also had 2 slots in the associated conference sessions, where we expanded on our eXtreme Mobility CRM Software theme. This message was loud and clear on our stand, forming an integral part of the major promotional campaign that we announced earlier in 2003.

ProspectSoft CRM Software Solution was supported at the show by 2 important Alliance Partners, Intel and BT Openzone and demonstrated the benefits of our CRM Software system enterprise-wide but, in particular, its unparalleled benefits to mobile users. We showed how those "road warriors" could access and update customer or supplier data wherever they are, whenever they want, on a device of their choosing, over a range of communications media.

BT has already set up Olympia as a Wi-Fi Internet hot zone, so this is one of the channels we will be able to use, along with GPRS. To the best of our knowledge, we were the only CRM software vendor in such a uniquely powerful position.

The CRM show promised to eclipse totally everything that has happened before. The reason is that true CRM Software has moved way beyond the early adopter phase and is being viewed much more realistically, after the hype of earlier years, with the result that it's now accepted as a source of real operational benefits and and essential management tool for the SME sector, as well as for large corporations.
