Features Roundup: May 2017

Some exciting updates here at ProspectSoft this month - check out what new features were added to Prospect 365 in May!

New Notepads in the CRM

You’re now able to look at conversations in the CRM instead of a consolidated notepad. Plus, you’re able to see sub-records down the left-hand side, where it will show you the last note at the top of the list.

We’ve also added some great formatting features to the notepads too:

  • Tagging Capabilities – You’re now able to group and flag specific notepad entries. There is an “add tag” button on a note to add these tags quickly and easily.
  • Private & Public Notes – A great new feature for those of you wish to publish information online for customers to review. For example, this would be particularly useful for logging Service Desk tickets/problems on behalf of a customer. You’re then able to keep this customer well-informed with how the ticket is being progressed.
  • Formatting Notes – We’ve listened to your feedback, and have now added in formatting options within the Notepad. You can now use bullet points, numbered bullet points, bold, italic, underline, and much more in the new Notepad (even emoji’s!). This will allow you to enhance your notes, making them easier to read and more user friendly. Plus, you can now include YouTube videos, and embed images and hyperlinks within your note.

User Avatars

Now you can put a face to a name! Introducing the new user avatars (profile picture of each CRM user). These avatars will filter through the notepads, allowing you to more quickly and easily see who is using the notes.

Recall List

The Recall List has been completely re-engineered. It’s no longer restricted to 25 records – you can now have an unlimited number of records on there. The new drop downs on each section of ‘Upcoming’, ‘Today’ and ‘Overdue’ mean that you can choose which ones you view, allowing you to more easily see and follow up with your recalls. You’re even able to configure the ‘Sort by’ options to your liking. Interacting with your recalls is much more intuitive on touch devices too.

Recall Entry Window

New functionality in the Recall Entry Window makes for a less cluttered interface. The more modern window allows you to see upcoming and overdue recalls for the selected user. Plus, you’re now able to include restrictions and warnings based on the number of recalls a user can get per day. Not only that, but when you set a recall for a different user, email notifications are now sent directly by the server, so are no longer relying on your SMTP anymore (and you don’t have to be physically logged into Outlook to get these delivered!).

What’s down the road?

We have some exciting news for June – so stay tuned!
