Configure Delivery Charges

Users can now configure delivery charges independently. 

Exchequer Order Confirmations

Previously, users had to specify which warehouse, but this can now be set as default. Additionally, to this, we now support the new delivery charges too. 

Set Default Interaction Types

In the system configuration settings, you can now set a default interaction type which will automatically pop up an interaction window when clicking a telephone link, so users can add notes and record details about the interaction. For example, ‘Made Contact’ might be your most common interaction type that your sales team need to use when posting a note/setting a recall, so this can be chosen as your default option from the drop-down list. Remember that this drop-down list can be configured to only show relevant options for your processes – just select the ‘Configure’ option when in the drop down from the system configuration settings.
