How much does the CRM cost?

How can my customer integrate the CRM with their ERP system?

How long does the data import take to run?
It depends on how much data is in their back-office inventory/accounting/ERP system. Imports can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, especially if there’s historical data. You can check the import status here.

How does a confirmed CRM Quote appear in the ERP system?
A link is created from the Quote record, allowing users to open the sales order directly in their ERP system from the CRM.
If my client has special pricing in their inventory/accounting/ERP system, will it appear in the CRM?
Can both the customer's inventory system (like Unleashed) and the accounting system (like Xero) be connected to the CRM?
Yes – both systems should be connected to the CRM to give your customer a complete view of their customer data. Here are guides on how to connect Xero or QuickBooks Online as a secondary connection.
My customer wants to issue an invoice for a customer order – what’s the best way to do this?
The CRM doesn’t affect the invoicing process. Once a sales order is created, invoicing continues as usual within the inventory/accounting/ERP system.
Can the CRM help my customers/prospects migrate from Sage 50?
Yes! The CRM can connect to Sage 50 to retrieve full sales and invoice history. With proper planning, their replacement system can be connected to the same CRM account, allowing continuity without data loss.
