Timescales can vary, but we've added an approximate timescale above our Bronze and Silver Experiences to show you how long we would expect each stage to take. Please note: our Gold Experience does not have an approximate timescale as this will completely depend on your requirements.
Depending on which Experience you purchase, we will assign the most appropriate member(s) of our Onboarding team. Our Onboarding team share a range of skills and experience, so you can feel reassured that you are always in expert hands!
On-site training is not included as standard in all our Experiences, we will typically hold training sessions remotely via a web meeting. However, as stated in our terms, on-site training can sometimes be provided depending on where you are based, and whether we have resource available to be out of the office for a longer period than usual. We may need to charge extra for our travel time and costs. We'd recommend you check with a member of our Onboarding Team to see if this is available for you and what the extra charges that apply would be.
This will somewhat depend on how many customers we are on-boarding at any one time. However, once you have purchased one of our Experiences, a member of our Onboarding team will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss timescales with you and will start off the Onboarding process!
