applications we already had in place. With Prospect CRM’s integration to Katana cloud inventory,
when an order’s placed, the order is sent straight through to Katana with the click of a button. Conveniently, our team can then follow the
order status in real time on Katana.
Since adopting Prospect CRM, our sales have grown 100% - without us needing to expand our team. Prospect CRM’s after-sales ticketing system has
helped us to trace any product or delivery issues back to their causes, and being able to document interactions and assign future tasks has
ensured that we’re well informed and always one step ahead with our customers.
The online Prospect Academy has helped us to create in-depth product sales reports,
and ProspectSoft’s Support team are very responsive and good at following up on tickets when they can’t provide an immediate solution.
As our business continues to grow, we want our systems to expand with us, and Prospect CRM and Katana let us do just that.
