Shortlisted for the award of Top Small to Medium-sized Undergraduate employer...

ProspectSoft, a market-leading CRM and e-Commerce software-as-a-service company, is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted for the award of Top Small to Medium-sized Undergraduate employer in the National Undergraduate Employability Awards 2016.

Sponsored by PwC, these awards, now in their seventh year, celebrate the outstanding achievements of all stakeholders involved in undergraduate work experience. They benchmark those employers, universities and students across the UK who have demonstrated commitment and dedication to the field of undergraduate employability.

ProspectSoft, based near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, employs approx. 30 staff and specialises in developing and delivering customer relationship management and e-Commerce software to help SME businesses improve the efficiency of their CRM systems. This young business, which is a Microsoft Gold Cloud partner, has grown by building an outstanding graduate placement programme which brings highly qualified and very able potential employees into the business, and from which the company then meets its recruitment needs.

The awards will be announced on 12 February 2016 and will recognise the small to medium-sized employer (SME) that most impresses the judges with their attitude to work experience opportunities which they offer to students.

Commenting on the short-listing, Andy Ardron, CEO of ProspectSoft said: “We are very pleased to yet again be short-listed for this prestigious award. It is an important demonstration of our commitment to providing a meaningful placement programme for bright undergraduates and the role they play in helping ProspectSoft continue to outperform.
