We have just started actively using Prospect CRM and are really impressed by the features and very user friendly functions. I also love how it integrates with Xero meaning that we have one source of information and not replicates in many systems. Overall, very impressed and highly recommend it.

If you want a CRM to integrate with Xero and a stock management system, Prospect should be top of the list.

Prospect CRM was our third attempt at a CRM system and by far our most successful. We feel that this was due to the Onboarding process, which I would highly recommend. Their attention to detail to get it set up was key and we now have the training videos on our intranet to keep referring to.

Of all the CRMs I had reviewed this really is the UK's No. 1. From downloading the Free Trial to signing up, the whole experience is top class. I had a really great presentation to make sure the software fit our requirements, which left me with no unanswered questions or hesitations. The integration into Xero is seamless.

We have been using Prospect CRM since the beginning of this year and have found it very easy and logical to use.

We have been using Prospect CRM for many years and believe it to be the ideal sales tool for our wholesale business. We use it both internally and out on the road with our reps. All the data is live so the 'on-the-road' reps see exactly what our internal staff see. We have just linked it up to Xero and it is working perfectly at the moment. You can see all the invoice history in Prospect CRM too.

Ease of use, adaptability and well-versed software that is great for all levels, beginner to advanced. Anyone could pick this up and run with it, making it the best CRM for large corporations who might need to adjust for different learning environments on each user.

Only positive things to say. It's by far superior to all the CRMs I've used in the past - it has tripled my business and saved me a lot of headaches.

Great product and company. Product, training, and all aspects are second to none. Prospect CRM is by far the best if you are selling stock.

Great system, great service, really prompt and always very helpful. One of the features I like the most is the RFM Analysis. This makes customer calls so easy and helps me to know exactly who I need to call first and who may be at risk of slipping away.

Sales order entry and viewing stock levels is difficult in all the accounting systems we have used. We initially installed Prospect CRM in order to make those tasks easy, which it has done. We are also now taking advantage of the customer relationship pieces, like note taking, lead tracking and problem management. Pros would be quick order entry function, clear visibility of inventory data and integration to our back-office.

Great experience with ProspectSoft. Easy to use and an asset to have up to date information at my fingertips, either at the office or out on the road. The support I receive is always quick and professional. Seamless integration from our Sage accounts package and up to date information on customers' spending.

As a Sales Manager in a fast-paced industry where inventory is constantly moving and customers ebb and flow, I can safely say that Prospect CRM has really streamlined our approach and really allows us to manage our customers more effectively. I like how easy it is to use and how it integrates with other systems we use for manufacturing. The CRM needs for our business are very different than how most CRMs are used. We needed account management more than lead management. We tried Method, Salesforce, Less Annoying CRM and a few others. Nothing had really good account management built in at a reasonable price, that was, until we found Prospect. Prospect CRM helps segment your customers, alert you to trends (or lack there of), integrates very well with QuickBooks and Mailchimp. It is easy to use, customize, and integrate. The prices are great and the support is top notch. Prospect is very niche focused and that is great if you fit in the niche. If you are a wholesaler, distributor, or manufacturer and you use Quickbooks, this is your CRM.

Being new to the CRM game, we were looking for something that integrated with our Quickbooks Commerce. Prospect CRM fits the bill and the service and support has been great.

We have now been using Prospect CRM for many years. I have always found the technical support very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We have a very niche market in the UK and Prospect CRM has managed to organise our sales and made it very easy to generate quotes which can easily be converted in orders and linked to our accounts package, Xero.

Easy to use with a good dashboard layout, so you can see key areas of business information. Also, a good Outlook Office 365 link and a good integration to Unleashed and Mailchimp, all equals a well-rounded product that's not too complicated for users.
