The SME Buckinghamshire Business Awards are an opportunity for local businesses to show their brilliance and hard-work throughout the year. The Employer of the Year category aims to showcase a range of businesses, paying particular attention to those who have taken extra steps in the industry to be noticed as the best employer. This includes supporting staff’s welfare, implementing new training initiatives, or investing in office environments to help teams to become more integrated and productive.

ProspectSoft have been awarded Best SME Undergraduate Employer 6 times at the National Undergraduate Employer Awards, and are now being recognised at the SME Buckinghamshire Business Awards for continuous commitment to training, developing and supporting their staff.
